DOTS RICE CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. raw rice
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 sm. can diced green chilies
Carton sour cream, about 2 c.
1 c. real sharp cheese, shredded

Cook rice in water until tender. Combine with other ingredients and put in butter dish and bake about 20-30 minutes longer. Sprinkle more cheese on top to melt.
