STRAWBERRY BREAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (or 2 1/2 c. fresh, sliced
strawberries)
4 eggs
3 c. all purpose flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts

In a small bowl, combine strawberries, eggs and oil. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and nuts. Add the strawberry mixture to the dry mixture and stir until blended. Pour into two greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 2 "berry good" loaves.
