3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. nuts, optional

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add strawberries and juice mixing well. Stir in dry ingredients. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans, pouring half of the batter into each pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
