STRAWBERRY BREAD 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. frozen strawberries

Blend butter and sugar, add vanilla and lemon juice. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add sour cream, fold in flour, Jello, soda, strawberries and nuts. Pour into 2 loaf pans or 3 small ones. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
