STRAWBERRY BREAD 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries or 2 c. fresh
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, mix sugar, oil, and eggs together; add strawberries and lemon juice. In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt, and spices. Gradually stir dry ingredients into strawberry mixture; add nuts and mix well. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
