CRAWFISH JAMBALAYA IN RICE
COOKER
 
1 1/2 c. rice
1 can beef broth
1 can chopped tomatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped bell pepper
1 lb. crawfish

Mix all ingredients and pour into rice cooker. Turn on rice cooker and set. After the bell rings, allow jambalaya to stay on warm cycle for 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
