RICE COOKER JAMBALAYA 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 can onion soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 soup can water
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Brown sausage. Pour off grease. Place all ingredients in electric rice cooker. Stir to blend. Cover. Press button and when it rings it's ready. (Serves 4-6.)
