POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown Ore Ida potatoes
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 casserole. Mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup of melted butter with 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes. Top this mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. This can be fixed ahead. Very good.
