CREAMY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
32 oz. bag Ore Ida hash browns, defrosted Combine with: 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 3 cans cream of potato soup Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (or longer if necessary to fully cook). Top with: 1/2 c. cracker crumbs (Hi Hos) Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Can be prepared ahead, refrigerated, and cooked just in time to serve. |
