POTLUCK POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup or creamy chicken mushroom
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. parsley

Combine ingredients in casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
