POTLUCK POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix all except last 2 ingredients. Put in a buttered 9"x13" dish. Mix corn flakes and melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For smaller servings, place in 2 or more casserole dishes and freeze. Can use O'Brien hash brown potatoes.
