CHEESY POTLUCK POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. diced onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 lb. sour cream
1/4 lb. melted butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

It is so good made with cream of mushroom soup in place of the chicken soup. Also sprinkle a little Parmesan on top to make a little crust.....absolutely delicious.
