EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and dried or use 1 (2 lb.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Mix all together and pour into a 9 x 13 casserole pan. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and drizzle with about 1/4 cube of butter. Bake uncovered 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
