EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
1 cube butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Potato chips

Layer potatoes, onion, and cheese; then layer again in 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter. Add sour cream and chicken soup; pour over potatoes. Save some cheese for top and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
