BRUSSEL SPROUTS | |
2 lb. brussel sprouts 1/2 stick butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt Water Remove discolored leaves from brussel sprouts. Cover with cold salt water for 1/2 hour. Cook covered in 1 inch of salted water 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain. Melt butter and pour over all. Serves 5-6. |
