EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Salt and pepper
1 (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine potatoes, onion, green pepper, soups, sour cream, salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat potatoes.

Spoon mixture in greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes.

Serves 8.
