EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 bag of hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. potato chips

Mix all ingredients together. Melt additional 1/4 cup butter. Pour on top of casserole. Put 2 cups crushed potato chips on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch pan.
