EASY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, slightly thawed
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Turn into casserole and sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
