SPICY GARLIC SAUCE 
3 cloves garlic, mashed
2 pinches salt
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 or 2 teaspoons balsamic or white vinegar
2 pinches black pepper

Mash the garlic with the salt after peeling them. Add them into the mayonnaise first before adding the vinegar. Mix well. If you want the sauce to be thicker; add one teaspoon of vinegar, for best results add two teaspoons. The last step is to add the black pepper.

This sauce tastes best with barbeque or roasted chicken, turkey, or rice.
