ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 c. grated or ground zucchini
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix this together, set aside.

SECOND PART:

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix and add to first mixture. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan 1 1/2 hours in 300 degree oven.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and beat well. Spread on cake.
