NOLA'S ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. all bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. In large mixing bowl beat sugar, oil, eggs. Stir in cereal, peel and vanilla. Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

Add a few drops of milk if needed for spreading consistency. Beat, beat, beat, beat until fluffy.
