CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 tsp. orange rind, grated

Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients together with liquids and zucchini. Stir in nuts and orange rind. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool slightly and then frost with orange glaze.

GLAZE:

2 to 3 tbsp. orange juice
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter

If using pureed zucchini, don't use milk.
