ORANGE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. All Bran cereal
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine dry ingredients. In large bowl beat sugar, oil and eggs until well combined. Stir in cereal, peel and vanilla. Add flour mixture, zucchini and nuts. Mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool completely. Ice with cream cheese icing.
