POTATOES O'BRIEN 
Start with a large casserole dish. Mix one large package of frozen hash brown potatoes with:

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. pkg. grated cheese
1 sm. jar chopped pimientos

Mix all together and bake in casserole dish 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. My hint: let hash browns thaw a few minutes so they will crumble for easy mixing.
