1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen French fried potatoes, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

In large skillet, cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are brown and heated.
