1 white cake mix 3 eggs 3 1/2 oz. pistachio pudding 3/4 c. oil 1 c. 7-UP or gingerale 1 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. coconut, sprinkle on frosting FROSTING: 2 env. dry whip cream 1 1/2 c. milk 3 1/2 oz. pistachio pudding Whip with electric beaters and spread on cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 2 round pans or 13x9 pan. |
