RHUBARB BARS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. rhubarb
1 pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello

Sift flour with baking powder. Cut in butter. Add milk and egg. Spread in greased 9x9 inch pan. Cover with chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle with Jello. Cover with crumb topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Combine. Mix well, spread over bars. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
