CHEESE ROLL 
1 lb. sharp cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Have sharp cheese and cream cheese at room temperature for easier mixing. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and form into 2 rolls. Mix: 2 Tbsp. chili powder and 2 Tbsp. paprika together. Roll cheese in mix to give it an outer coating. Place in refrigerator overnight. Serve with crackers.
