SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 1/2 lbs. scallops
1 1/2 c. langostinos or crabmeat
Optional: 16 shrimp
1/2 c. Cheez-Its crackers
3 tbsp. sherry
3 green peppers
1 onion sauteed in butter
2 cans cream of shrimp soup

Heat soup, seafood and sherry in pan on medium heat 5-10 minutes. Melt butter and add to crumb mixture. Put half of crumb mixture on bottom of 9x13 pan. Then seafood mixture, then rest of crumb mixture on top. Bake 350 degrees F. 30 minutes. Enjoy!
