CAULIFLOWER BACON SALAD 
1/2 head cauliflower
1 med. head iceberg lettuce
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
1 pt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

For dressing blend mayonnaise, sugar and Parmesan cheese. Set aside in refrigerator.

Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces. Wash, dry and tear up lettuce. Toss cauliflower, bacon and lettuce together. Just before serving pour dressing over salad and toss gently until well mixed.
