CHOCOLATE SYRUP 
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. white syrup
1/2 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk (12 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, add cocoa, add syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring. Add sugar. Boil again. Add milk and cook until thick (about 5 minutes). Add vanilla. Good over ice cream.
