2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
Dash salt
4 tbsp. butter

Combine all but vanilla and cook until it comes to a hard boil. Reduce heat and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Serve over cake or ice cream while warm.
