CHOCOLATE SYRUP BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) can Hershey syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla and syrup. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and add to mixture. Add nuts. Bake in 15"x10" jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Bring to boil and boil for 30 seconds and remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat with mixture until desired consistency.
