2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
Dash of salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
12 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. cherry chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. salted peanuts, crushed

Combine sugar, milk, salt, marshmallows, and butter in pan. Heat oven medium heat and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add cherry chips and vanilla.

Pour into buttered 9x13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; add crushed peanuts. Spread over cherry mixture. Chill.
