HAM LOAF WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE
Leftover cold boiled ham makes a savory loaf with a topping of cranberry sauce.

1 (14 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
3 cups cooked ground smoked ham or shoulder
1 or 2 eggs
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs

Note: The hot cranberry sauce may be put on the loaf after baking, if desired.
