SPICED HAM SAUCE 
This is great with leftover Holiday ham!

1 lb. cooked ham, chopped up

SPICED SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) bottle chili sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tbsp. grape jelly
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water

Simmer all sauce ingredients for 1/2 hour. Add chopped ham and cook slowly until thick, approximately 1/2 hour.
