HAM BALLS IN SAUCE 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground beef
2 lbs. ground pork
3 eggs
2 c. milk
3 c. graham crackers, crushed

Sauce:

2 c. tomato soup
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
6 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine first six ingredients. Mix well. Use ice cream scoop to make 25 balls. Cover with sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°F.
