“HONEY HAM TORTILLA ROLLS” IS IN:

HONEY HAM TORTILLA ROLLS 
4 1/4 oz. can Underwood Honey Ham Spread
3 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 tsp. honey
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas

Dipping sauce:

6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 cup mustard
2 tbsp. honey

With electric mixer, beat ham and cream cheese together till smooth. Stir in pineapple, green onion, and honey.

Spread 1/4 cup ham mixture on each flour tortilla to within 1/2-inch of edges. Roll up each flour tortilla to within 1/2-inch of edges. Roll up each tortilla starting from one edge; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 8 hours before serving.

At serving: cut each tortilla roll into 1/2-inch slices and arrange on platter.

Mix Dipping Sauce: Mix ingredients well in bowl. Serve on side of platter.

Makes appetizers for 8 people.
