POTATOES ROMANOFF 
6 potatoes
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. lite sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
Salt & pepper
Paprika

Boil potatoes until barely fork tender. Grate coarsely. Mix all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese, and spoon into buttered casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
