POTATO ROMANOFF | |
6 med. baking potatoes 2 c. dairy sour cream 1 c. chopped green onion 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper Paprika Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool; peel. Grate into a large bowl; add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix well. Spoon into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, covered, or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 8 to 10 servings. |
