EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE (NO EGGS) 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. cold water

Mix ingredients. Bake in 8x8 inch greased pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. For 9x13 inch pan, double recipe, bake a little longer.

This cake really is good, moist and easy to make, it rises well too. In fact it's the only cake from scratch that has ever turned out good. I frosted it with a vanilla buttercream frosting, yummy yummy.
