EASY (NO EGG) CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Add liquid ingredients. Mix. Pour in 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until it springs back in middle. Tastes great with Low Calories Wonder Frosting.

LOW CALORIE WONDER FROSTING:

1 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
2 sticks butter (may substitute 1/2 butter and 1/2 shortening)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook milk and cornstarch until thick. Cover and let cool. Put remaining ingredients (except vanilla) in mixing bowl and beat at high speed until light and fluffy. Add cooked, cooled mixture gradually and beat after each addition. Add vanilla and beat 5 minutes more.
