SEAFOOD PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. mixed corkscrew pasta (wheat, spinach and carrot)
1 can water packed tuna
1 can tiny shrimp or 1/4 lb. chopped fresh shrimp
6 to 8 oz. crabmeat or sea legs
1 small bunch green onions
1 small can water chestnuts
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 lb. snow pea pods, steamed

Dressing:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsp. honey
milk (to make medium consistency)

Cook noodles al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside to cool. Drain tuna well and combine with shrimp, crab, onions (chopped fine), water chestnuts (chopped fine) and pimento. Add steamed snow peas. Toss with noodles and dressing. Chill for 2 hours or longer. Serve on lettuce leaves or shells or garnish with lemon twists and parsley.
