CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
3 c. chicken, cubed & cooked 2 c. artichoke hearts, quartered 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 1/2 c. bread cubes 1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated Mix ingredients. Bake in casserole dish, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Better made a day ahead. Will freeze. May be served over rice. |
