CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
3 lb. cut up fryer or your favorite pieces
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms, cut up
12 to 15 oz. jar artichoke hearts
2/3 c. chicken broth
3 tbsp. sherry

Salt and pepper and paprika the chicken and brown nicely in 4 tablespoons butter and put in a casserole dish. Put the other 2 tablespoons butter in the frying pan and saute the mushrooms for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir in the broth and sherry. While this cooks 5 minutes open jar of artichokes and arrange between chicken. Pour mushroom sauce over this.

Cover and bake 40 minutes at 375°F.
