3 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 (15 oz.) bottle ketchup (save 1/2 for topping)
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt

Mix above ingredients and form into 2 loaves. Pour following sauce over loaves and bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Take out of oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

SAUCE:

1/2 bottle of ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar

Mix together.
