1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. broth or water
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. seasoned bread stuffing
1 tbsp. green peppers, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck

In large bowl mix ketchup, sugar, vinegar and garlic salt. Save 1/2 of this. To remaining sauce add liquids, stuffing, onion, green pepper, salt, pepper and egg. Stand 5 minutes. Add beef and mix. Pack in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or pan. Spread with the remaining 1/2 sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
