ICE CREAM DESSERT 
14 graham crackers, crushed
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1/2 gal. softened ice cream (either vanilla, strawberry, chocolate or peppermint)

Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar together. Put into an 8 1/2 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Whip pudding, milk and ice cream until smooth. Pour over crust and let it set up. Top with Cool Whip. Freeze dessert until ready to use.
