ICE CREAM DESSERT 
70 Townhouse crackers
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 gal. French vanilla ice cream
2 (3 oz.) instant coconut cream Jello pudding
1 (13 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. milk

Crush crackers (coarsely) and pour melted butter over. Press into bottom of 9 x 2 x 13 inch pan. Reserve a few crumbs to sprinkle over top of dessert. Mix ice cream, pudding, Cool Whip, and milk at slow speed of electric mixer (in large bowl) for 10 minutes. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Great dessert for any special occasion.
