YAM CRISP 
2 (17 oz.) drained yams
1/4 c. orange juice
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Dash of salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Place yams in 6x10 inch dish, pour on orange juice. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Spread over yams. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with marshmallows and broil until brown.
